OMG Cornwall is hot and hilly .. lovely day going through Truro and up to Padstow. Top choice for an evening lazing around - the harbour is beautiful although we haven’t gone for posh fish and chips , settling instead for a great pub with even better beer! 

Cycling today involved numerous ups and downs - lovely inland views but could have done with someone creating a flat, disused railway round here! 

Highlights - cycling past St Michael’s Mount in the morning sunshine, chatting to a couple over lunch in Truro who were keen cyclists themselves, stopping at National Trust property at Trerice and being given a pound off each of our drinks for having cycled not driven!
