What an amazing first day - thanks to Cross Country and GWR trains for getting us to Penzance on time. We then cycled an undulating 31 miles from Penzance to Land’s End and back along a mix of country lanes and coastal paths. Highlights were Mousehole and Sennen Cove. Lands End is still a bit tacky but did look glorious in the sunshine. 

First act of kindness, the lady in the cafe at Mousehole gave us her day’s tips towards our fundraising. So many kind people out there.
